Overview: Palestine is not only a humanitarian crisis or a question of war. It is also deeply connected to colonialism, displacement, control over land, demographic change and the denial of self-determination.

From the forced displacement of Palestinian communities to the expansion of settlements and the continued struggle over land, identity and sovereignty, the Palestinian experience raises important questions about how colonial structures continue to shape people’s lives today.
